Returns & Exchanges Criteria:

To qualify for a return or exchange, ensure your order meets the following criteria:

  1. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and include all original packaging, price labels, etc.
  3. Returns and exchanges must include a copy of the order’s receipt and a completed return slip (download from our website).

Exceptions:

Items discounted are returnable for online credit only.

All refunds are subject to excluding shipping costs. This means we will refund the cost of the goods, excluding shipping expenses.

Return Processing Time:

Allow 14–21 days from mailing your order for the return to be processed. Eligible refunds can only be credited to the card used for your original order. You’ll receive an email notification once processed, and the credit will reflect in your account within a certain period, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Domestic Returns:

For domestic returns or exchanges, you are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as Egomilano International or affiliated companies cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

International Returns:

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. For your protection, use a traceable and insured service, as Egomilano International or affiliated companies will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
